Luxury Boutique living in the Hystoric Albert Mill, Manchester
The brief was to create a design proposal for a short-stay boutique apartment within a Grade II listed building in the vibrant Spinningfields area of Manchester. The final design reflects the ethos, philosophy, and unique identity of our client while staying true to the building’s historic character.
The space was carefully planned to comply with relevant legislation and hospitality standards, showcasing our expertise in effective space planning. Maintaining the original materials and architectural features was a key priority, ensuring the apartment retained its historical charm.
The result is a bright, open-plan design that maximises natural light while offering the necessary privacy for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. This project perfectly balances timeless elegance with the dynamic energy of central Manchester.
