Re-defining the way we work
Nikos contributed to the development of a comprehensive interior refurbishment for the redevelopment of The County Ground headquarters. This redesign presented a unique opportunity to create a vibrant and engaging environment, incorporating a football-themed concept that added a dynamic, playful element to the space. The project focused on blending creativity with functionality, supporting a modern workplace strategy that prioritizes collaboration, productivity, and employee wellbeing.
Key areas of the redesign included a new reception, café, management offices, meeting rooms, syndicate rooms, hospitality spaces, and player changing facilities. Sustainability was a key consideration throughout, with eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions integrated into the design.
Thoughtful design choices were made to enhance the overall experience, with an emphasis on creating flexible spaces that support both individual focus and team collaboration, fostering a healthier and more inspiring workplace environment.
