This impressive high-end residential project, completed in 2020, is set on the picturesque Mediterranean coast. We were commissioned to design both the exterior and interior of the property, with the centrally located living room and its soaring high ceiling serving as the focal point of the ground and first floors, offering direct access to the pristine beach.
The villa, gracefully situated on a generous plot, is a masterpiece of proportion and features. Contemporary, life-enhancing design elements seamlessly integrate with the surrounding landscape, reflecting a harmonious connection to its Mediterranean setting. Influenced by industrial design and characterised by clean, simple lines, the villa’s pure volumes are complemented by manicured gardens, creating a unique lifestyle we call ‘barefoot luxury.’
This project exemplifies the perfect balance of architectural design and functionality. The entire plot was meticulously considered to optimise space and enhance flow, with multiple points of interest blending effortlessly. Key features include overflow pools, elegant outdoor dining spaces, and relaxed seating areas encircling bespoke firepits, all of which invite an unparalleled indoor-outdoor living experience.
